Home Registration Travel Accommodation Programme

For participants’ reference we provide a list of recommended hotels (map presented below). These hotels have rooms reserved for the conference until the 20th of December.

Rooms might be available at the same rates also after this date, but since there is generally much demand for hotels in Ljubljana, we encourage participants to book their rooms as soon as possible.

Rooms will be booked on "first come – first serve" basis. If you would like to book a room, please send an e-mail to the hotel directly (it is important that you mention the reference code – EU Grid PMA 2012) including arrival and departure dates and credit card number to guarantee the booking.

If you would also like to book a shuttle mention that in the e-mail as well.

If you have difficulties booking a suitable hotel or you have special requirements, please contact the local organiser and we will assist you as needed.

A boutique hotel located in the heart of the Old Town centre of Ljubljana in a historic building (a protected monument) with unique rooms/suites/appartments giving views over the romantic Gornji Trg square or the historic Ljubljana Castle.

Note: Located in the pedestrian area with no elevator and direct car access: check the floor level of the room you are booking. Special taxi service available.

Transportation

From Ljubljana airport to the city centre you can take a taxi (approx. 35 € per car), shuttle (9 € per person) or a bus (4 € per person).

To book a shuttle from the Airport to the hotel and back please ask when booking a room in one of the hotels.
